I live in Finland, can I buy beer from your store?

Yes you can. We are registered distance seller in Finland, meaning we pay Finnish taxes which are included in the price.

We also take care of customs documents, so you won’t have to worry about legal issue.

What is minimum order?

Minimum order is 12 bottles!

What payments do you support?

Major credit cards and PayPal.

Hod do you pack the beer?

We pack our beer on 12-bottle cardboard boxes, no plastic is used. These are thick and robust boxes, but of course, sometimes bottles get broken on the way. Very seldom though. If this happens, please let us know and we’ll compensate this for you.

It’d be lovely if you order is 12/24/36 bottles etc. If not we’ll ship it anyway.

How do you ship?

We offer R-Kioski pickup or Home delivery (or office). Your beers are automatically delivered to the nearest R-Kioski of shipping address. Shipping address and delivery can be different. At the moment we cannot unfortunately offer user selection for the pickup location.

Our Shipping partner is Nettivarasto/Schenker.

How soon will I get my beer?

Usually we ship on the next weekday, except bank holidays. This means you should get your beer within 7 days. There can be occasional delays. If you haven’t received your package within 89business days, give us a buzz and we’ll figure it out. If this happens, we are already terribly sorry about it. Sorry.

Do you do returns?

As a basic principle there’s no returning food and beverages, but in case the product was faulty, broken or we somehow managed to screw things up, of course we’ll do our utmost best to compensate you. Contact us and we’ll sort it out.

I got a note from customs and they say  I should pay some taxes.

This can happen, and we’ve been told that this happens quite randomly. Anyhow, there’s absolutely nothing you need to do: all the taxes on your order are paid and you can ignore their note. We pay excise tax and package duty to Finland and it’s generally around 93 cents per bottle.

Warehouse Pickup

You can pick up your order from the warehouse. The order must be made and paid beforehand on the webshop. The warehouse is located about 13 km from Tallin harbour, please see driving directions.

Opening hours
mon – fri 9.00 – 17.00

If you make an order before 13.00 you can pick up your order the next working day. Please let us know when you’re picking up your order:
